Privacy Policy

Dhiva Tools (“we”, “us”) is operated by Dhiva Labs. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use tools.dhivalabs.com. The short version: your files stay on your device, and we collect as little as technically possible.

Your files never leave your device

Every tool on this site — image compression, resizing, format conversion, PDF compression, image-to-PDF conversion and QR code generation — runs entirely inside your web browser using standard web technology (HTML5 Canvas and WebAssembly-free JavaScript). Your files are:

• never uploaded to our servers or any third party;
• never stored, logged or inspected by us — we technically cannot see them;
• gone from memory when you close or reload the page.

You can verify this yourself: after the page has loaded, disconnect from the internet — the tools keep working.

What we do collect

Server logs. Like virtually every website, our web server records standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent, timestamp) when pages and assets are served. We use these solely for security monitoring and debugging, and they are automatically rotated and deleted.

Nothing else. We currently use no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no cookies. There are no user accounts. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain — no third-party CDNs observe your visit.

Cookies

We do not currently set any cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details and for what will change if we introduce advertising in the future.

Advertising (future)

We may introduce advertising (such as Google AdSense) to keep the tools free. If we do, this policy and the cookie policy will be updated first, and where required by law you will be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are set.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and, given that we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly process any children's data.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you believe we hold any information about you, or have any privacy question, contact us at contact@dhivalabs.com and we will respond promptly.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes (such as introducing advertising) will be clearly announced on the site.
